Hello lovely humans!
I am seeking advice on diet, nutrition, skin products and routine practices as a 35 year old woman with both vata-pita dosha so I am thinly framed but super high energy, i suffer from acne which I have had all my life excpet for when I lived in india (my skin and hair completely changed) but now i live in Canada I have lived here all my life and suffer from acne breakouts constantly, and scarring and I want my body and life to change!
How to I begin. What are your favorite recipes for my kind of dosha? What is your skin care routine? What really helped you move along the path toeards a more balanced vata-pita dosha?
I know I do a lot better when I am active, when i sweat and eat fresh foods-I am slowly but surely integrating fresh juices, smoothies and veggies into my diet as well as doing workouts daily, drinking more water and trying to live a stress free life as best I can-but any other advice would be SO APPRECIATED.
