I recently came across a recipe using honey & ghee long with several herbs. I had a hard time combining everything as the honey just wouldn't mix with the ghee. I even tried warming it a little (without destroying the medicinal qualities of the honey), but when I cooled to room temperature, the ghee separated from the other ingredients. I went online to see if there was a trick to getting this recipe mixed and mostly what I read were warnings of not using ghee & honey as it is poisonous to the body. Could someone please expand on this?
